The Big News

 

 

 

 

As you can see things started off rough. But as we all talked about the positive changes he is about to experience, his attitude started shifting. We let him pick where to eat since it was his "special night". Of course he chose ChuckeCheese. It made for a great distraction all night. He would play a game, then come back to the table and ask another question. He has been assured that he will be fed regularly and that they will not be mean to him or hit him. As you can imagine, he is scared of experiencing some of the problems he had to endure in China.

Right now he is positive. All the kids are positive. Shelby has been the biggest help which I did not expect. I don't think it will hit home with her until he is actually not here anymore. Keep praying for a smooth transition for everyone.
