Look who got to join me for a few hours today at work! S has a Pre-op appointment this afternoon for her upcoming ear tube surgery next Wednesday.
This will be the 4th surgery we have done since she came home almost 6 years ago. Not too bad for a cleft kiddo ;). Trust me when I say that she is totally worth it!! S takes it all in stride now without fear or complaints. Boy oh boy has she come a LONG way since that very first surgery from hell-lol.
Praying that she has an easy time with this one, as it should be a simple surgery. Hoping to place the T-tubes this time so that we get a longer life span out of them. Poor girl's hearing has been "underwater" for quite some time now. I am sure she is ready to hear clearly once again!
