The Truth

Today she posted some words that spoke TRUTH to me this morning.  Here is an excerpt, but go read the whole post about being talked off the ledge.



Later, I was having a cry out on the phone with Eric and I told him about the conversation I had had with the man.  I was so upset that he had the attitude that adopting was something he needed to be "talked off the ledge" about.  "He thinks adopting will ruin his life!" I said to Eric.  And then my husband said this to me: "It will ruin his life.  It will ruin the life that he has grown comfortable with.  It will ruin his ability to look the other way.  It will absolutely ruin his life and it will replace it with a life beyond his wildest dreams!"
